Goal Business Plan
Business Plan is a master plan that shows the steps to be taken to start and develop businesses. The purpose of this business plan include:
- To become a guidelines of doing business INFINITY SEVEN LTD.
- To get financing from a bank or financial institution for the development of business INFINITY SEVEN LTD.
- Is a biographical reference to all companies other companies that demonstrate our company's performance.
MARKETING MISSION
Our company was established to provide event management services to clients who want to make the event either formal or informal occasion. The event management service is for all those people in Malaysia. There are many potential customers use the services we offer as event management services are very important for a smooth running event. Thus, marketing service would be more focused in several areas of potential.
Initially, the company will only offer services in Sabah and Sarawak. The next market will be extended to Peninsular Malaysia. With plans to open new branches in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor and cities around the peninsular Malaysia.
PRICING STRATEGY
The price we offer is depends to customer demand. If customers rent / require a lot of services, we will not charge customers discounts. If the customer requests a little, we will determine a hefty price to satisfy customers.
In this case, the period of debt repayment customers we have set up their own discretion. Customers will be charged interest if payment is delayed by a specified period.
TYPE OF DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
Our company chose direct marketing channels. This channel does not have to involve middleman. So, customers can make reservations directly to our company.
This channel was chosen because it can save costs, because it does not require 3rd party middleman in marketing the services we offer.
In addition, it can help customers see for themselves that we offered. In left side, we can satisfy their taste in choosing the style, colour and others in the event that they do.
Therefore, we can also study the response of customers regarding services that we offer, and thus can improve the services that exist now for the better.
